A Welcomed Depth

Set against a culture of church leaders who feel compelled to soft-pedal the gospel, Willimon's take is a breath of fresh air. Even though I am from the reformed persuasion, I find Willimon's writings rich in Scripture meaning and uncompromising in pastoral counsel. Any pastor's diet could benefit from Willimon's forthrightness and theological perspective.
