The Goomba Diet brings back the smell of my Grandma's kitchen

I loved this book and refer back to it often! The recipes, stories and humor are savory treats that satisfy the stomach and the mind! We should all (As the author recommends) live large and love it!

A Must Read For Sporano's Fans

I just finished reading Steve Schirripa's new book "The Goomga Diet". The book is a hilarious, insightful and interesting look at one man's experience as an Italian-American and, of course, is a must read for fans of The Sopranos.

Hilarious!

I purchased this book on Friday as a gift. The book happened to get passed around my office. My co workers were laughing hysterically as they were all reading excerpts from the book. I have never seen anything like it. The book is very funny and would make a great gift for someone who can use a laugh. I plan on buying another copy to give to my Dad on Fathers day. 2 thumbs up.

Outragously funny!

I've read all of Steve's books, and this one deserves 5 stars for humor and insight into the Mysterious Order of the Goomba. Definately one of the best food plans to follow! It's more than a diet, it's a way of life.
