The Good Zebra is a children's book that is an adaptation of the parable Jesus told about The Good Samaritan found in Luke 10:25-37. This book is a fictional story that brings together a lion and a zebra. The lion finds himself in a tough situation and his own lion kin aren't willing to help him. The lion feels hopeless and lonely. In a turn of events, a zebra comes along, sees the lion in pain and lends a helping hand. The story drives home the idea that no matter our backgrounds, affiliations, or biases, we can always be a good neighbor to one another.
