This is a story about love, but it's far from a love story.

Vincent Besser is still struggling down the same path. Didn't we learn that change doesn't happen just because someone wants it to? His epiphany on New Year's Eve came and went faster than one of his many flings. He has a plan though. With a move across town and forcing himself to go on proper dates, Vincent is intent on not making the sequel a retread of the first. With the introduction of new people into his life, it becomes clear that Vincent has a long way to go before he is better.

Is there a good side to love? A trite, loaded question that surely made your eyes roll back into your head. We all enjoy the idea of love, but to watch it executed on a page is nauseating, which is why this love story isn't much of one at all. It's a guise for the killer secret Vincent has been carrying onto. Seriously. That's not some clickbait ploy.
