A woman in her thirties looks back over her past and observes her present, and decides something has to change for her future. She has been in ruts before where she realized she took too many things for granted, and she correlates her mental health being less-than-ideal when she does. On a whim, she decides to write 365 prompts on strips of paper, crumple them up, and put them in a jar. She decides that each day she will pull out a random prompt and force herself to find some way to be thankful for it. Some prompts are easy or fun. Some prompts are difficult and bring up tough memories. Through this practice, she forces herself to improve her train of thought by doing this exercise and she forces herself to find gratitude where she may not have had it before, as she seeks to find "The Good In It".
