Hosea, a hard working father and husband is a man that is of a very rare breed, cut form a different cloth. He loves his family more than anything and being a provider is his addiction. He works long hard hours to make a comfortable life for his daughter and wife. Hosea is faced with many obstacles that one man alone should not be able to bare when he finds out that his wife is not all that virtuous and his daughter not all that innocent. Ghomer the wife of Hosea is very controlling to the point that she will go to great lengths to get what she wants, money. She got the cream of the crop when she chose Hosea for a mate. Needless to say she is still not satisfied with her great life. She was a mother indeed that didn't mind throwing her daughter up under the bus if it meant her head would still remain above water. Kim is just a motherless child trying to find her way back home. The obstacles of dealing with worthless men in her life that only wanted the goods has made her a cash cow by a pair of hands that use to cradle her at night. Her life spirals down and there is only one that can save her. But then who can believe the little girl that has cried wolf.
