This was something for my 93 years young mom as well as myself to discuss recipes over the phone. Well she will have hers and I will be without one. The one star has nothing to do with the inside of the book but with the book that I received since I can’t leave a mark for that.

Not all that I expected

No cover as shown in the picture, corners bent down, the hard bound covering was chipped and the binding seems fragile. Rating of quality was inconsistent with book.

Classic!

I bought this as a gift for my nephew and his fiance. This book covers all the basics, has clear instructions for beginners and it's the one cookbook I 'go to' when I'm in the kitchen.
