The name "The Golden Threads", was taken from the book "A Tale of Two Cities", by Charles Dickens. A golden strand of Lucie Manette's hair connected all of the characters in the book, in much the same way that "The Golden Threads" connects all of our ancestors, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends together. This is the second book in a series of three. It was completed and published in 1984. It covers the Herzmann, Peischan, Rebaschus, Zickler, Lindner, (including Baumgartner, Riemath) and all Allied Families. It contains vast details of the families, many pictures, and the pedigree charts. Follow along in this extensive exploration of the threads that connect us all.
