The Golden Hour
Quiet as the morning dew
The sunlight creeps into my room,
Waking me with loving thoughts
For day is starting soon.

'Tis time to go within
Into the garden of my soul,
To touch the inner springs of life
And know that I am whole.

'Tis time to hear the message
That in the Silence speaks,
To feast on hidden manna
That my inner spirit seeks.

It is the time of silence
The golden, sacred hour
Where Spirit speaks to Spirit's own
And there is touched with power.

I have loved poetry for as long as I can remember, but I was never able to write it successfully. Then about 35 years ago, a "window" opened and through it came poems I never could have written myself. Some even came with music, which I can still hear. It was amazing.
I knew from the start that these poems were meant to be shared, and so the publishing process began. I watched in amazement as what I was able to "hear" traveled around the world, many times in multiple languages.
It is with a humble and grateful heart that I offer this collection to you now.
