Why did I write this book? I wrote it because I wasn't afraid any more to tell my story even if at the moment is was the most embarrassing moment of my life... I feel like there are other women out there who are just like me who feel lost not knowing what to do in a situation like I was in I was afraid to seek for help because I didn't want no one to know my pain or judge me for it Because I loved him so much But love is not suppose to hurt, it's not supposed to make you feel bad, love is not suppose to make you scared and make you cry and hurt you or leave bruises in your face it's supposed to make you smile and you feel amazing and loved Through boxing I became strong I became feared my many Even though they never knew the real reason why I ended up at the gym was because I wanted to hurt him like he hurt me, punch him in the face like he had done me many times just to be able to fight back and hit back that made me strong and it took the fear away because I got hit in the gym many times many days, so that lil punch he gave me wasn't nothing to me any more...
