The Golden Buddha is a mystery about a Buddha figurine stolen from a museum in San Francisco. Private Investigator B.B. Clark is retained by the insurers of the Buddha in hopes of recovering the figurine that is insured for two million dollars. B.B.'s quest to recover the golden Buddha takes him through the streets of San Francisco, to Berlin, Germany with a stop over in Paris. Along the way he encounters a few dead bodies, a suitcase of money and a deceased man with a German passport. The story has many twists and turns and a surprising outcome.
