He writes with a personal touch, starting with his own journey, and always relating his theological insights back to his own life experiences. This grounds the theology in practice, presenting a fresh view of the Oneness of the divine reality we call 'God' and the original goodness in which we are held. His chapter on 'The Teachings of Jesus Revisited' is particularly perceptive, an insightful summary of the direction Christianity must take to rediscover itself as a wisdom tradition of transformational love.
