This book contains the rather odd, if not quizzical title, "The God Chasers." St. Augustine, once articulated, that the act of pursuing God (and finding Him) is the greatest adventure in this life. He further said that the ardor behind this pursuit, is the greatest romance possible to human beings. It would indeed be profligate of us, not to investigate such a supreme possibility and to experience the blessedness for ourselves This book will show with examples, what and how to be a great God-Chaser, for God seeks such to worship Him. The word "seek" has the idea of someone craning his neck in search for his beloved object. The Bible tells us that a man in mid-life, decided one day to be a God Chaser; he turned from his ordinary life and started walking with God. His name was Enoch and God took him back to heaven, out of an unwillingness to separate from him one day. On that day, daylight was thinning, darkness thickening. And it was just the proper thing friends would do for one another. Is there a greater rapture or achievement?
