They say that information is power. Imagine if you had an app that could access everyone's social media and messaging accounts. Would you use it for blackmail and financial gain? While using the app to creep on random strangers to pass the time, Elmer discovers that one of these random strangers is actually "The Purple Penguin", a deranged local terrorist set on killing as many humans as she possibly can.
