The Goalless: How Silent People Lose Themselves While Building Everyone Else's Dream
You are not lazy.
You are not unmotivated.
You are not someone who gave up.
You are someone who works hard every single day for someone else's vision, someone else's deadline, someone else's dream. You show up. You deliver. You are genuinely capable. And yet, when you look at your own life something is missing. A direction. A hunger. A goal that belongs entirely to you.
This is the story of the goalless.
Not the people who stopped trying. The people who never stopped but aimed everything they had at the wrong target. The people who are excellent in private and invisible in public. Who have been planning to begin for longer than they care to admit. Who wake up, run the same day, go to sleep, and do it again wondering when the life they actually wanted was supposed to start.
THE GOALLESS is not a motivational book.
It is an honest one.
Across its brutally direct chapters, this book traces exactly how capable people lose themselves through silence, through fear, through the slow theft of imagination, through the comfortable cage of a life that is not bad enough to leave and not good enough to stay in. It names the patterns. It asks the hard questions. And it refuses to offer comfort where clarity is what is actually needed.
This book is for the professional who is skilled and unseen. For the person who has been getting ready to get ready for years. For the one who works ten hours a day for someone else's dream and has nothing left for their own. For anyone who has ever sat alone at 2 AM asking, is this really all there is?
If that is you this book was written exactly for you.
Not from the other side of transformation. From the middle of it. By someone still in the job, still planning the exit, still fighting the same war this book describes.
Because the goalless can become the goalful.
On any day.
Including this one.
