The COVID-19 Pandemic shutdown of the world economy and the 'Near-Zero' Carbon Emission resulting in the 'observable evidence' of 'Cleaner Air and Environment' even as Global Warming is relentless with unprecedented high temperatures being recorded all over the world, and Extreme Weather Conditions of Climate Change are relentless with Wildfires, Hurricanes, and Tornadoes in the US, and Typhoons, Monsoons, Floods, and Landslides in the Far East and disparate places, has exposed the inability of the Climate Scientists to differentiate between Primary Environmental Degradation and Pollution from Secondary Environmental Pollution and Degradation The Primary Environmental Degradation and Pollution is due to the relentless Sun's radiation heating the Core of the Earth, emitting heat and exuding humidity-laden Greenhouse Gases, and baking the ground dry, which causes drought, desertification, degradation, and wastage of the land, resulting in famine, hunger, extreme poverty, social dislocation, conflicts, forced migrations, racial intolerance, rise of populism and general insecurity.Whereas the Secondary Environmental Pollution and degradation results from burning Fossil Fuels which contributes to the rising Carbon Footprint and the effluents causing degradation of waterways, seas, and the environment, complicates the Primary Degradation and Pollution, is deleterious to healthAs the COVID-19 Pandemic shutdown and lockdown has revealed, whilst the Secondary Environmental Pollution and Degradation improves dramatically with Carbon Emission Reduction, it has no effect on the relentless Global Warming and Climate Change which is due only to the lack of water in the Bod l Depression That is why the world is currently recording record-high temperatures in Siberia in Russia, Arizona in the South West US, with wildfires in many places, and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in its July 2020 report just issued a damning and dire warning about a 20% possibility of breaking the critical 1.5C threshold 'in any one year before 2024'; just as Sydney, Australia has just recorded the highest consecutive November nights temperature since 1960 Unfortunately, the WMO warning is in fact a call to the world to do more Carbon Emission Reduction despite the 'observable evidence' of the COVID-19 Pandemic 'Near Zero' Carbon Emission having no effect on global atmospheric temperature In their recalcitrance, the Elites and Climate Scientists are refusing to be rational, and insisting that the world must transit to their Carbon Emission Reduction Green Economy, even when the 'observable evidence' is not supporting it, and thereby inadvertently constituted themselves into the greatest existential threat facing mankind yet Eventually, the relentlessness of Global Warming and Climate Change will compel the Climate Scientists and the UN Elites to accept the truth and implement the Global Cooling Agenda without further delay
