Coming of age, in Ireland with magic

I loved the Tarot card drawings, and the setting in a girl's school in Ireland. Their friendship is strong, as they acquire magical powers. Evil comes to town to terrorize LGBTQ young people, and control the youth of the town. The group goes through trials and tribulation revealing regrets, and pressure from school and parents. They need to save one friend in peral.
