art therapy in use

this is an excellent illustration of the use and power of art therapy in a gestalt model. although the ideas shared are with groups one can adapt them to individuals with a little creativity. i have used some such ideas with my clients with success. the clts enjoyed the change of pace and expressed material they might otherwise not have. i am not an art therapist but found it a good addition to my gestalt therapy library.
