There are a lot of interesting essays in this book, but the overall impression I got from it was simply that somone needed the money from selling this book. It's just too early to render any kind of meaningful judgement about the Bush presidency, especially since it's ongoing. Most of the information in these essays is familiar to anyone following politics and this administration on a regular basis.Nonetheless, if you're looking for a quick scholarly examination of Bush's presidency so far (and by so far I mean up to mid-2003, when these essays were written), this book is worth taking a look at.
