Fantastic Book, Great Recipes!

This is a small book (7x6") but really packs alot of interesting and flavorful information in it! The authors really know how to share information that keeps you interested! Even a recipe for Chocolate Covered Garlic~ OK I have not tried that one but the 40 Clove Chicken is so yummy! And other recipes like Garlic Pickles, Kim Chi, and various salads...Ice Cream too! :) If you love garlic, you will have a blast with this book. It also has a good bit of garlic history and gardening with garlic info. This is my new favorite cookbook! I only wish someone would have given it as a gift to me before now, I would have become their cooking slave for life ;)
