In discovering the Jewish roots of my faith, this cookbook incorporated recipes from the land of Israel using the ancient grains and ingredients of the past. My journey to find healthy living and foods led me to this particular book. The bible is filled with foods that have proven to be beneficial to overall health and this book has a great selection of recipes that include these foods.
