Four men and two women are to rob every bank in the city at 12 noon anytime the President have a campaign with the people. The President is a drug baron and the sponsor of the gang so that he can recover the loss he made in every campaign. Raymond and Jessica, members of the gang fell in love but the president is also in love with her and kidnaps her. Raymond threatens to tell the citizens the truth if he doesn't release Jessica. Will the president hold Jessica because his heart said so and forget the power of authority or will he kill Raymond to keep his power and love?
