Very Basic, descriptions I checked flawed

I eagerly awaited getting this book. It is being touted as for, among others, researchers. When I got it, I looked up a lighthouse - the one we are saving. There was nothing more but the basic information available everywhere online for free. Actually, much less than that (!). Then, I looked up a nearby lightship. The Author not only called it a (correctly) a lightship - afterward in the text he calls it a "lighthouse," then states the "lightship is ON the island" (N. Manitou). Now, have you ever seen a ship on an island?! Dah???? I have NEVER left a bad review on anything before, but for this, I had to. This book is simply a list, no work behind the author's effort in the research nor of putting much effort into text and facts. Thanks much. I am mailing it back for a refund.
