Like an illusion David got no reason to smile as he left the city for a ghetto, a settlement, and a school less his expectation, "it's just for a moment." His mom tells him. Smiles came all through when he met a girl, Gift. But not so long he met a contender, Davido her ex. Who then ventured into criminal deeds.
He knew his love got some contention as he tried fighting against it but ended up in shackles, behind bars.
Gift was kidnapped and he felt he'd lost all round, with more trouble arising.
David later got some smiles as he knew the battle wasn't over, with love returning to the limelight between him and Gift. This time he got to remember her comment "The Future Holds Us Both."
Dreams came to reality at the end as they relocated back to the city, with smiles beyond doubt.
