Very good book

The author speaks of a subject sadly ignored in today's version of Christianity. Self Control is akin to submitting to the will of God and presenting yourself as a living sacrifice to God. How much more effective and believable would today's church be, and how much better the world would be, if Christians actually followed this. A very good book with small chapters that include personal stories about people who gained self control through their faith.
