Worthless and devoid of any helpful information

This book is ridiculously void of any helpful information whatsoever. Let me give you a summary: eat lots of ground beef fried as a patty, eat cans of sardines, and eat eggs. Example of a recipe: put chicken legs on a pan at 375 with salt and roast it. Yeah it also tells you how to boil an egg lol.
