Wow, harsh and judgemental

I was shocked by the judgement and closed mindedness shared by the author of this book, particularly their take on autism. I read that and was shocked that anyone would allow it to be published under their own name. The book is rote at best. Taking a subject and throwing an essential oil at it. No true understanding of the subject or the oils. Don’t waste your money.

Great reference material

Excellent book. Very good explanations and very helpful with finding remedies for all the common ailments. I reference this book all the time and basically can't do without it. I recommend it very highly.
