Eliran Dayan, who owns Motiv Books publishing, is an author and poet, graphic artist and entrepreneur, who founded the magazine Motiv and all its affiliated enterprises including the children's national writing contest named after Rika Berkovich. He collaborates with diverse professionals including author and poet Professor Edna Afek, on writing projects, first and foremost of them, the magazine Tsmadim (Pairs) - Multicultural Poetry. He has so far published four books.
