Written and directed by Alan Alda, three upper-middle-class couples meet annually for a fun time. The meetings are in different locations and span four seasons. The story is about the relationship of the couples to each other and the other couples. We also deal with divorce and distraught children. To top it all off, we even deal with a rusty Mercedes.
