GREAT PEEK

This is a Great Peek into the kitchen of the Revered Four Seasons Restaurant in New York. I had been trying to hunt down Albert Kumin's [chef] recipe for the Famous Chocolate Velvet Cake and had ordered another version of the Four Seasons Cookbook[there are several] with no success at getting the recipe until this cookbook. It's HERE. So along with the recipe for Chocolate Velvet cake you'll find other wonderful recipes done in the 'celebrated' kitchen and done with the panache that the world has come to expect from this New York landmark. No pictures grace this volume but the recipes are 'straight off the menu' and now available for you to try in your kitchens at home.
