Bad Boys on a Good Team

What was fascinating about this book was how the Chicago Cubs, known at the time for their love a players with crew cuts who drank milk, threw conservatism out the window and kept acquiring "bad boys" in an attempt to finally win the pennant. Joe Pepitone and Milt Pappas led a crew of partiers that included Steve Barber and Juan Pizarro. Great stories to commemorate a great but forgotten season. A must for Cubs fans of any age.
