Irreplaceable

Excellent book for those looking for the recipe of the strange plate they tried on a trip to Europe (remember to write down the name in its original language), or for those 2nd generation european immigrants who would like to find a recipe reminding them of home... Or just an interesting read ! Only drawback is that the quantities are sometimes vague. A good chef can get around that problem.
