Easy Simple Gourmet recipes with wine recommendations

I picked the book up at a local bookstore because it was on sale. Well, I love it. It has great recipes which are low-fat but not at all low in taste. I have tried the desserts and the entrees and they have turned out great. Great wine recommendations too! Good book.
