Sent to bed early on a Friday night, Daniel isn't at all tired. Once he's under the covers, wind blows his window open. His bed lifts off the floor and flies out the window. Daniel's cat, Clive, surprises the boy by speaking to him as they soar in the moonlight. The bed lands on a cloud, where they meet an angel. Felicity offers Daniel an adventure: helping her with nightly chores. Daniel finds the angel's chores very different than the ones he does at home. The boy develops a crush on Felicity, which threatens his relationship with his longtime pet. Will the boy and his cat become friends again? Can an angel be Daniel's first girlfriend? Will the three passengers in the sleigh bed complete their duties before dawn?
