The Flip

Zack learns alot from reading books even about being a handyman. When his father moves his family to a more permanent home in Charleston, SC, to flip homes, Zack and his father discover an old dilapidated shed in the backyard of their new home. Zack's father wants to demolish the shed, but Zack convinces his father to let him flip it into a clubhouse. Zack has 30 days to flip the shed. He is confident he can do it until he discovers Haley, a runaway orphan girl living inside it. Haley and Zack become friends, but what will Zack do when the 30 days are up? Zack is too embarrassed to tell his parents why they can't to adopt Haley, and it could cost Haley her life.
