She embodies the unique gift to identify value in people and things that others may disregard as having no value. Mother Margie has taught literacy skills to African American children and adult males. She enjoys writing poetry, script material for comedians and songs. Mother Margie has led volunteer efforts in urban communities and Biblical Education Programs in the Christian Church. Although Mother Margie owned and operated a successful landscaping and security business for over 40 years, her greatest accomplishment was being a mother to eight wonderful children.
