All Cassy wants to do is win the final snowboarding competition that will seal her fate as being one of the competitors at the next Olympics. It's the only thing on her mind as she goes up against some of the fiercest competitors. Then it is all ripped away from her in one wrong move. No longer able to snowboard, Cassy is thrown back into high school, where she must learn how to handle the atmosphere along with the events that landed her back in her home town for good. With the help of her friends, both from the past and present, a doctor, and a boy that has the most beautiful green eyes and a truck that always seems to have bad timing, Cassy just might be able to live up to the facts that things can't be changed and love is something that we take for granted without taking the time to realize what we have until it's gone.
