It's a great book, indeed. The book should wake up the church, the Body of Christ from false teachings concerning the rapture of the church, and the Great Tribulation to include the persecution that the saints of God have to endure by the anti-christ. The Pre-trib rapture doctrine is a dangerous doctrine indeed to believe in due to not believeing that the church will be here during those times of persecution. If one believes the doctrine of eternal "unconditionsl" security, and IF it's true, then it really does not matter what the church believes in concerning the rapture issue, and the times of the Great Tribulation because their salvation will still be secured eventhough they might deny their Savior and Lord, Jesus! But, beware, IT'S NOT!!! It's another false teaching within the Body of Christ that believes this. YES, THE CHURCH REALLY DOES NEED TO WAKE UP BEFORE IT BECOMES TOO LATE!!!! The author overall does a great job with his book and about the doctrine of last things, but he can be confusing about his views about the doctrine of eternal security due to his contradictory statements in the book. If he was explicit about the rapture point being at the seventh trumpet, the "last trumpet" in Revelation and the Bible, he really should be explicit about the issue of the security of the Christian relating to eternal security (once saved, always saved). The warnings of the last days will not be genuine warnings for Christians IF the author actually believes in eternal (unconditional) security. He needs to be really clear on this point too since eternity is for a very long time if one is wrong on this point!
Bold in presentation; meek in proposal

It's time to reconsider the topic of "end times." Citing introductory weaknesses of two most popular end-time viewpoints (Preterism and Pre-Tribulationalism), the author goes on to present a refreshingly BIBLICAL end-time perspective. I like what I see.
