These then are the finishing touches on the exploration of the Constitution of the United Kingdom to which the author came as a 15 year-old boy in 1972 December from Hindu India and for one thing or another got diverted away from enjoyable science to seeking wider knowledge and wisdom. The two occasions he spent time in a mental hospital (2004 and 2008) gave him knowledge of the Police State and Psychiatry and with the mind under control since hen he never went into a mental hospital from that point onwards, let alone a prison cell for his activities.
