The Final Crone

Bys: Nix, DL and Productions, Bushland Castle

After seventy-seven years of trying, what will it cost for this rescue mission to finally succeed?

On the night of their first joint winter solstice, the love of Edith's life was stolen away to the Fae realm. Edith was unable to follow him through the unyielding darkness of the void. She needed to stay and protect the human realm until she could pass on the title. Every seven years she searched for a way to bring Robert home. Every seven years she has failed.

Now ninety-four years old, Edith faces her final opportunity. The Fissure is expanding, Void creatures threaten both worlds, and the ageing Coven has been unable to awaken a new witch in more than three decades.

This year's winter solstice is different. Edith has been given one final chance to save Robert. If she fails, the ancient bond between them will force an impossible sacrifice.

The Final Crone is a cosy fantasy about enduring love, resilience, found family, and the courage to hold onto hope when everything hangs in the balance.
