Off the coast of Florida, a nearly-deserted island is rumored to have the fountain of youth. A boatload of teenage kids are headed there for a scavenger hunt. Wellington, the island's wealthy owner, is none too happy about that, so he dispatches his daughter to get rid of them. She's happy to go because her sweetie, Irving, is the island's only resident. Junior sends him to spy on the kids to find out what they know. Irving's twin brother, Herman, and his high-school sweetheart are also headed for the island with their own nefarious plans.

Take Me to your Greenhouse Baby.

This film is a bunch of disjointed skits. They try too hard to be campy; however, with too little lead and no finish, each disjointed sketch leaves you wanting more. There are a few made-up ersatz songs and Jayne Mansfield’s accouterments; aside from those, everything else is flat. There are a few personalities, but they never shine: Phyllis Diller (fully clothed) Brian Donlevy (storms the beach) Jayne Mansfield (always points north) The Wild Ones (People Sure Act Strange) The introductory song was the best part of the film. A final thought: “Love is a rose, but you better not pick it.”
