The Family Farm Crisis Solution!

Why do some people hate the small family farm? I have personally talked to seemingly normal people that want to see the family farm eliminated from our society because they dislike the concept. Small and midsize family farms are being gobbled up by giant farms. I believe there are solutions to saving the small family farm and even creating micro-farms in urban areas. A desirable way of life is currently disappearing along with the economic and social benefits that way of life provides our society. This drain on the number of small farms should be stopped and then reversed for the good of our country.
