Thank goodness I bought the next two in the series

I LOVE this book. I remember reading it in middle school, but I must not have finished it because it’s amazing. It is intriguing and light and playful and kept me on my toes. I was so grateful I had already bought the next two books so that I could keep reading!!

The condition was not the greatest

This book is a really good book and a really good series if you haven’t read it I highly recommend reading it but there were creases all over, it also had stickers on it , and there were also a bunch of nicks in it as well I would not rate this book very good condition which was supposed to be the condition I got it in.

Soooo good!!

I can't say enough good things about this series. My 12 year old son loves it and so do I. The main character is so likable and funny. I'm very thankful to have a book series that my son and I can both enjoy together.

One of my favorite books of all time!

I haven’t really sat down and read books in a long time and I just devours this entire series and I’m a grown adult woman 🤣. It really gets you hooked on the first page. It’s the perfect blend of thought provoking character development and thrilling action and adventure. I would not recommend this for younger kids because there is some violence. Although not graphic, it just has some adult themes (like death and physical abuse, future books in the series have war) No romance in this book although future books do have some, but not graphic. I’d say appropriate for 14+ The series is incredibly thought out and every book has something I never expected. Definitely not a cookie cutter, predictable kind of book. It’s exciting and I never know what’s coming next! Can’t recommend this book enough!

The False Prince has such lovable characters. The plot is interesting and engaging all the way through, I never got bored. It's wonderfully unpredictable. The rest of the series shares the glorious nature, and I recommend the series more than anything.

I would highly recommend this book (and the rest in the series). It is extremely enjoyable; I loved the plot!

Love love love

This was great from page one. Not only great for young teens but adults as well. It was exciting without being "too much" for young readers. Good for lovers of magic or Peter pan kind of stories.

Kept me guessing!

I read so many books, that I often find new books to be too predictable. That was NOT the case with this one. Excellent writing, intriguing plot, great characters....I loved the whole trilogy. Highly recommended.

This Book is awesome

This book is awesome :D It's a kind of mystery fantasy novel and it's super cool and I love it and you should read it because it's great. 70% because of the great story and plot twists, and 30% because of the style of writing. I really love the way some characters insult each other in the most elegant ways. I almost wish I could wipe my memory just that I could have the thrill of reading it for the first time.

This is a great book that grabs your attention from the very beginning. The characters are skillfully crafted and the plot keeps you guessing. I thoroughly enjoyed this book! If you enjoy this book, don't forget to read the sequels The Runaway King and The Shadow Throne.
