The Falling Away - Christian End Times Novel

By Cliff Ball

The first novel of three in the Christian end times series, the Perilous Times.

In a near-future America where the federal government has seized control of healthcare, Doctor Neal Kirkland watches patients deemed "unworthy" of expensive care quietly die. When a devout Christian family refuses to accept the inevitable death of their patriarch, Kirkland is forced to confront questions he has long ignored. Their quiet faith begins to crack open a world he thought he understood.

Meanwhile, powerful global elites develop a new weapon: and engineered plague designed to simulate a deadly virus and cull one-third of the world's population. Released under the cover of an "Ebola" outbreak, the plague is quickly blamed on Christian "terrorists." Churches are raided, pastors are arrested, and believers are publicly executed as society cheers.

As persecution intensifies, ordinary people, such as doctors, ex-soldiers, angry citizens, and underground house-church members, must decide where they stand. Some discover saving faith in the final hours. Others discover how easily the world can be turned against those who refuse to bow.

The Falling Away is a gripping Christian end-times novel that weaves medical drama, political intrigue, and biblical prophecy into a fast-paced story of faith under fire. It explores the rise of a false prophet, the engineering of a global crisis, the systematic targeting of true believers, and the sudden disappearance that changes everything. Perfect for readers of apocalyptic fiction, end-times prophecy, and stories of courage in the face of a world that has rejected God.
