As soon as she saw the house, with geometrically trimmed shrubs at the entrance and a white fence surrounding it, she decided it would be hers. Not because there was anything special about it or because it had an eye-catching appearance. In fact, it looked so common and suburban that it blended in with the rest of the neighborhood. And that was the exact thing that entice her. It would be the perfect refuge now that she intended to retire from her profession. Fortunately, it wouldn't take long to hit the market. Especially after that night.
