A Tale of Shadows, Chains, and Tavern Bans
Long ago, the Sleeper was locked under Mount Drayloch with the magical equivalent of a stern warning note: Do Not Disturb. Unfortunately, runes wear thin after a few centuries, much like socks, and one day the Sleeper woke up hungry.
It was not the sort of hunger easily sated with soup. Villages vanished, fields rotted, and two kingdoms that could barely agree on the weather suddenly had to agree on not being eaten.
Enter our unlikely heroes:
Kaelen Thorne, the exiled heir who can rally armies but not manage a decent haircut.
Nyra Voss, the Nightborn assassin whose knives are quicker than her patience.
Brum Ironroot, the dwarf who thinks most problems can be solved with enough hammering (to be fair, he's not wrong).
Selene Windrider, an oracle who speaks in riddles and really wishes people would take them seriously.
Thorne Blackwater, a cursed knight whose shadow has more bad habits than he does.
Together, they faced shadows that whispered in familiar voices, armies that shattered like pottery, and a Sleeper who laughed like mountains collapsing. They forged new runes in fire and steel, lashed the beast with chains of silence, and made history-though mostly by accident.
And when the Sleeper was bound once more, when kings and queens raised banners and armies cheered, our heroes set off on their greatest challenge yet: getting unbanned from The Crooked Harp tavern. Because even saviours of the realm need somewhere to sit, drink, and argue about whose fault it was this time.
