This book gives a new approach to the evolution of sex. It shows how the molecular selection of sex is along an axis of 'imaginary' spread, not as the 'real' spread for normal sex. This follows the evolution of the universe, where the spread is also of a real and imaginary axes. The two axes of gene spread allows a separate spread of gene gains. Again, molecular selection, which was first, can solve how the spread started from 4.1 to 3.8 billion years. It also allows molecular selection to provide an impetus of spread. Darwinian selection started from 3.7 to 3.5 billion years. It provides for normal selection from Darwinism forwards. The combined effect (there are two equations) show how each can interplay with the other. The book has taken a while to produce. However, only the two axes of 'real' and 'imaginary' gene spread, can show how the forces interact over all of evolution. Many paradoxes can be solved this way.
