Brand new condition / hard to understand with my PTSD brain. I'm sure others will find it easier to

This item is almost too condensed. I flipped to a part of it and it was hard for me to understand, I have already gone through another theory / guitar book that is easier to understand so I am going to continue with that. I was hoping to fill in the gaps with things I didn't know but this is not the book for me. The book's condition is good however it came in a brand new condition.
