get this if you are having an ex-U.S. wedding...

I found this book very helpful, especially when trying to pick a part of the WORLD to get married in and what factors we should consider. Unlike some other brides, I had not thought much about my wedding prior to getting engaged, except that I knew I wanted a destination wedding. This was my bible, especially for sticky situations like inviting kids, who is expected to pay for what, etc. I would recommend this book for people who are having a destination wedding outside of the U.S. And yes, you can find some of this stuff on the internet, but for me it was more handy to have in one book.
