In His great Eucharistic discourse, Jesus teaches about His real presence in the Holy Eucharist-the living and life-giving food. "No one can come to me unless the Father draws him" (Jn 6:44). This is the Father's work: to lead His children to His Son Jesus-and to Jesus in the Eucharist.
The world offers countless illusions and vanities to fill the human heart, yet none of these can truly satisfy. Only the living water of grace that flows from the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus quenches the deepest thirst of the soul.
Let us rejoice to see the Church entering a new "Eucharistic springtime," as so many people all over the world discover the treasures of grace in the Blessed Sacrament which are presented so well in this work May our wonder before the Eucharistic presence be for us a source of profound joy, a remedy for our wounds, and an impetus to proclaim with zeal the One whom we love and contemplate under the appearances of bread
